• member of the Institute for Intellectual Property Law of the Humboldt-Universität (HU) Berlin (1998-2001)
• doctoral degree (Dr. iur.) at the Humboldt-Universität Berlin (2000)
• patent attorney (since 1995), partner at Maikowski & Ninnemann (since 1996)

Activities:

• German, European and international patent applications (in particular telecommunications, automotive engineering, optics, semiconductor technology und software inventions)
• national and international trademark law
• litigations of patents, utility models and trademarks
• preparation of license and cooperation agreements
• counselling in the employee's invention law

Engagement:

• member of the board of the German Patentanwaltskammer
• member of the examining commission for the admission of German patent attorneys
• lecturer at the law faculty of the Humboldt-Universität Berlin (since 2009)
