Uwe Fischer joined the firm in 2002 as an associate. All the partners and associates are qualified German and European Patent Attorneys and members of several German and international professional associations.

Our main office is located in the heart of Berlin, the capital of Germany. Branches of the German Patent and Trademark Office and of the European Patent Office are located in the historical buildings of Berlin. This enables us to file any kind of intellectual property right applications directly. In addition, we have direct access to their vast up-to-date German and international patent library. A branch office of our firm is located in the center of Munich, to support our activities at the Patent Court and at the German and European Patent Offices there.

We are well equipped to deal with the whole spectrum of intellectual property rights as we have expertise in various technical fields, and a wide range of experience in litigation matters. Furthermore, we are retained as consultants for international corporations concerning questions of infringement and licensing. All attorneys in our firm and the entire staff are fluent in at least German and English. As German Patent Attorneys, and unlike other European patent practitioners, we have the benefit of legal privileges before our national courts.

Our office is equipped with advanced computer systems, including highly efficient data bases and an integrated deadline control system, enabling us to cope with the constantly increasing domestic and foreign caseload.
