Undine Erlekam works in the fields of medical technology, optics, automotive and fluid mechanics. She prepares national and international patent applications and supervises their grant proceedings before the relevant patent offices in Germany and abroad as well as opposition proceedings. Furthermore, she advises our clients on issues of national and international trademark law as well as employee invention law. Due to her work as a patent engineer in France, Undine Erlekam has special knowledge of French patent law.
